As Bid Manager you will form an integral and very important part of our Business Development team. Your will be the engine supporting and sharing the successes in winning new opportunities across the Nordics. As the role is a new function within the organization you will be at liberty to influence the workflow and models we use.
As Bid Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing the bid compilation process for inbound and outbound opportunities
• Writing and updating internal bid material and responding to RFPs/RFQs
• Calculations and coordination of pricing data
• Benchmark collection and development
• Content creation
• Marketing activities
• Web page management
We envision that your time will be divided in 60% bid management, 20% local sales related activities and 20% managing our marketing and online content. You will be reporting to our Business Development Director and collaborate very closely with Sourcing, Finance, Operation SMEs and of course your team colleagues in Business Development.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are searching for you who has a go get attitude and still being able to follow procedure and protocol. As our business includes a complex portfolio of services and sites, the urge to create and develop solutions is a given for you. Every week you will find a challenge that needs solutioning. You are a numbers person with a shine to creativity. You have an interest in online marketing, web sites and content creation. And perhaps most important – you enjoy creating your own success in an ambitious team of peers that all enjoy a good laugh!
You are comfortable in the MS suite and Excel in particular. Experience from CRM driven marketing is a benefit.
You have a few years of work experience after graduating at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant field. You have been working with Bid Management, Sale support or Business controlling.

You hold a valid driver’s license. You communicate fluent both in written and oral English, Finnish and to lesser degree Swedish (optional).
